TF-CBT Triangle of Life – Understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors

<ul>

<li>Developed in collaboration with clinical experts who originated Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)</li>
</ul>

Traumatic experiences, such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, gun violence, physical abuse, traumatic deaths, wars, and accidents, can significantly impact children. These experiences may lead to persistent negative thoughts, resulting in negative feelings and behaviors. Through this innovative game, players assume the role of a lion in a jungle narrative, guiding various animals to comprehend their daily encounters. The aim is to help them cultivate more positive or constructive thoughts during distressing situations, potentially fostering positive emotions and adaptive conduct.

The game is available on both iPhone and iPad platforms. It aims to assist players in grasping the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and equipping them with strategies to enhance their well-being.
